A big step: Kumpel & Hütte UG has been founded

On 6 May 2025 we signed the partnership agreement for our Kumpel & Hütte UG (haftungsbeschränkt). A moment we celebrated with pride and joy.

“Kumpel & Hütte” is more than just a name for us. It stands for solidarity, honest work, friendship and a place where ideas become reality. These are exactly the values we want to carry into our company.

With the company founded, the groundwork is laid to build our senior shared home in Dortmund with full energy. For us that means rolling up our sleeves, getting stuck in together and building something new with heart and soul.

We look forward to what comes next, and to sharing this journey with you.

Since then, the company we founded has become a real home: our senior shared home in Dortmund. You can see what the house looks like today under our house in Dortmund, and what has happened since in our news.
